Our development approach makes it easy to vary the level of development effort to fit clients’ particular needs over time. A client may need an initial surge of effort to resolve important strategic issues, followed by a lower level of support. Our ‘small team’ approach to developing makes us more flexible.

The larger top tier firms are designed to deliver large chunks of capacity with relatively standardised team structures-for example a team of a very part-time Partner, Project Manager and a number of Associates and Developers for 4-6 months duration.

While we can also offer such services, we are able to work well with personal CEO counselling or with 'long, thin' consulting assignments involving more Director time with a small team over a larger elapsed time.

This flexibility results in digestible pace and cost effective arrangements. We strive to align our incentives with the client's long term interests.
