Our Practice has a client service proposition, and business model, which is distinctive in two important respects.

First, we deliberately maintain a low leverage ratio-with two or three younger consultants per Partner versus eight to fifteen consultants per partner at other top tier firms. This ensures that our team mix is deliberately top heavy, with Partners actively leading the problem solving, rather than simply controlling the quality of a large team of junior consultants.

Second, our Partners are not distracted by the administrative and practice building requirements of large multi-national consulting companies.

Our highly experienced Partners are deeply and directly involved in the front line problem solving-thereby ensuring that the strategy development process is more efficient and more insightful than it could be in a practice with higher leverage ratios.
